1. Program Description
BULLSEYE AUTO SPA LLC, doing business as Bullseye Auto Spa ("we," "us"), offers a text messaging program for customers of our hand car wash and auto detailing services at 10024 Lee Vista Blvd, Orlando, FL 32829. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Bullseye Auto Spa at the mobile number you provided, of the types you selected:
- Appointment and account messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule or cancellation notices, "vehicle ready" alerts, and Unlimited Wash Club membership and billing notices.
- Customer care messages: answers to your questions, service follow-ups and feedback or review requests.
- Marketing and promotional messages (only if you separately opted in): specials, discounts, new services and Wash Club offers.
These may be sent using automated technology.
If you consent to receive appointment, customer care and/or marketing SMS from Bullseye Auto Spa, you agree to receive those types of SMS from us.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box(es) on our website forms (Book Now, Contact, Get a Quote), by signing our SMS consent form in store, or by texting START to (407) 868-4367. Checking a box constitutes your electronic signature. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Messaging frequency may vary. Appointment and customer care messages are sent based on your bookings and requests. Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month. Messages are sent between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your wireless carrier for details. Bullseye Auto Spa does not charge for text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
To opt out at any time, text STOP to the number you receive messages from. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or tell us by phone or email. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) but are subject to change.
8. Eligibility and Your Number
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate your number, please text STOP from the old number or notify us so we do not text a new owner.
9. Privacy

10. Changes and Termination
We may modify these SMS Terms or end the program at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
